John and I enjoyed some time down the Cape, in Boston meeting up with various friends and some quality relaxing up in Vermont. A lot of the trip is chronicled on my <a href="http://www.donnawalshwarren.com/blog/index.php">artist blog</a>. On the way back we visited more family and friends and finally made it back to Florida. The fall promises to be quite busy with classes and studio work. I have rheumatoid arthritis and am recovering from a broken ankle but I am very grateful that I can pursue my passion of being an artist so this fall I have decided to support the mission of the Arthritis Foundation by raising money and participating in the local Arthritis Walk in Lake Worth FL. <img src="http://www.donnawalshwarren.com/images/Athitis_lmt2.jpg" alt="let's move together" width="596" height="139" /> <h3> 2009 Arthritis Walk - Lake Worth, FL </h3> <h4>Saturday, November 14, 2009 Race Begins at 9:00 AM John Prince Park 4759 South Congress Avenue Lake Worth, FL</h4> The arthritis medication Enbrel is making a difference in my life so Iâve decided to make a difference.Â I am committed to raising $_2500__ to help prevent, control and cure arthritis.Â By the way, that amount is a little more than one month's cost of Enbrel. Thankfully I have health insurance to cover that cost. You can also make a difference by walking with me or by donating funds to help me reach my goal. I will be walking 11-14-09, hopefully the 3 mile walk, but at least the 1 mile walk and I'll be wearing a blue hat indicating that I am a walker with arthritis.
